The PLC electrode regulator is specially designed for application to steelmaking arc furnace, Ladle refining furnace and submerged arc furnace adopting advanced design theory。During Operation, the current , voltage and arc firing demonstrate steady，and, rapid trace, little oversetting, higher productivity and lower energy consumption are obtained．

Regulation principle (Basic and control) ：
The programmable logic controller, thru the signal transmitter and input module, send the voltage and current of arc and relevant signals to actuator so as to automatically regulate electrode position and the input arc power to meet metallurgical demand。
The arc power is controlled automatically.
Modular design has the powerful extending function。
Excellent ratio of property to price, better anti-interfere ability and strong dust-proof character.
