High Current Conductor System

Our KAIYUAN company is responsible for the design, manufacturing,
installation, commissioning as well as the data measuring and service of the
complete high current conductor system.。
Merits of structure：
The flexible
compensator(conductor) is installed between the secondary terminals of
transformer and tubular copper tubes on TFR wall, this structure could reduce
system vibration, heating and oil leakage and therefore the service life shall
be lengthened and reliability raised。
The configuration of conductors is
arranged in such way of“countered parallel connection
In same phase”，that is
to say the flow direction of current in adjacent two conductor are
Contrary
so as the E-M induction reduced。
Water-cooled cables and conductive copper
tubes are configurated in modified triangular
Displacement so to get lower
asymmetrical coefficient of three phase reactance。
Reduced reactance and
resistance, lower power loss could get higher active power to
furnace.。
